Can Parenting Time Be Modified?

Parenting time can be modified by filing a motion of modified parenting time. In the motion you have to establish that there's been a change in custody or good cause shown. Once you have shown that there's been a good cause or a change in circumstances then at that point the court will look at the best interests factors to determine whether a modification of parenting is in the child's best interest. That can be done at any time until a child turns 18.
