Supervised and restricted parenting time are actually two different things. Supervised parenting time is where the court actually orders one's parenting time or time with the child must be supervised by another adult in the vicinity. Restricted parenting time refers to a situation where the court will just put restrictions on your parenting time. In that case the court might order that a parent not us alcohol during their parenting time, not take the child a certain place during their parenting time, or maybe not have certain persons present during their parenting time. The court can order any number of restrictions on your parenting time if the situation is appropriate.
